You can buy granite tiles at any place that sells flooring or does kitchens.
If you want a slab of it, perhaps a stone yard.

There are specialty places that may sell only rock, look in the yellow pages. Another source is a Monument place that make Head Stones for graves. May sound crazy, but, depending on the size you need, they may have broken, damaged headstones and sell them cheap or give you one. Heck, may get a nice size piece of granite that very smooth. Just be sure it not say something like; Rest in Peace.
