Based on the economy. They should not! When a male turns 21 he should have himself fixed, to avoid having children! Being fixed at birth would be preferred!
A family is high cost maintenance. Families is only something that rich folks can afford!
There use to be a saying that two could live as cheaply as one! That, went down the tube with many other beliefs! It was true once up on a time.
Thus I guess the answered would be if he has been fixed and it is certified!

A man should get married when he finds that special someone who is not just a partner but a best friend, someone who gets you, who understands you , supports you and stands by you. Someone you love and who loves you back just as much if not more!!! Make sure you marry for love not for money

for me it was 40+..but the best age to married is 26..but it depends on the people..when they are redy to married but some are force to married in early year like some cases a girl, 8 years old are force to married a boy 12 years old..im not joking!!

Depends on the man. The main questions he should ask himself are :
Is he ready for such a commitment?
Is he financially secure?
Does he love this person enought to spend the rest of his life with?
Is he willing to have children?
It all depends on the man in question.
