Not very long as suckling is not only there source of nutrition but of fluid a maximum of three days otherwise they will need to be hand reared.

Adult cats (and, as my kitten demonstrated to me by refusing to eat for that long, 5-month-old kittens) can fast for 3 days without taking harm (but they need water).

9-day-old kitten... just make sure they are fed regularly from this point on and hope for the best.

They prolly would not survive.. normally 3 days without food or water will cause irreversable liver damage to a cat. Kittens that age should be feeding several times a day.. best to leave it to Mom.

no, these kittens need their nutrition. they need it to be able to grow older. they will only stay for about 3 days without food. but they must have milk or water otherwise they will die in 2.

I don't know how long they would stay alive without food. why don't you stop feeding them and see.
