There IS NONE! Regardless of what program you use, whenever you blow an image up you will have some fuzziness! You cant change the fact that the original was taken at a certain resolution and cant make it a higher resolution than it originally was!

There is no software that can add pixels to a digital image and maintain any image quality. The best way is to take the picture with a good camera, usually 4+ megapixels. A good 5 megapixel camera can be had for about $150. If you are going to be making enlargements, 5 megapixels or more are recommended.

There is however, software that allows the user to take an image and "vectorize" it. A normal image is made of a bitmap, a matrix of pixels that when viewed form a specific image. A vector image is made of many sets of mathematical equations that render an image, no matter what size it is being viewed at. This way, no image quality is lost, but it looks "cartoonish" or "artistic" instead of "photorealistic." These vector images are what most companies use to re-create their logos on a large scale such as a banner or sign.

Your other option is to purchase a camera that has onboard firmware (such as the Polaroid i532) that interpolates data between pixels to take a picture at a "higher resolution." The model I mentioned has a 5 megapixel CCD (the 'eye' of the camera). The camera cannot process the actual information, but can predict what the picture might look like. When set in a specific mode, an '8 megapixel' image is produced.
