your height, the way you dress-- you carry yourself well.
consider yourself lucky-- it can also be a lot of muscle......
I weigh more than a lot of people who are bigger than I am. but thats because i have some muscle in my body, and they dont.

It's all ho your body distributes the fat through out yur body. Some people carry it in their bellies and but and makes them look fatter. While other have not but or tummy but huge thighs.
It can also mean you have more muscle than fat. More muscle does tend to make you weigh a bit more thatn you look it.

all of these other answers are a possibility, i would like to add that muscle weighs more than fat. im '5"8 and weigh 200 but look 170. im fairly fit.

Height, muscle mass and frame size play a big part in whether you look heavier or lighter than you are. HTH : )

I've always surprised people with my weight in exactly the same way...when I step on the scales at the gym..people say "what--you can't be that heavy'--i dunno big bones..I have big chest/small waist type body
