U r a little confused. two people can think the same way but may not essentially be perfect for love.
What u mean probably is how to decide upon a perfect partner......well pal, u dont. Trying to search out a soulmate is as ridiculous as searching a needle in a haystack.
If u do meet a person whose frequency matches urs, just go with the flow. In time u would know if the other one feels the same way as u do.
There is no first step to love........u just fall headlong into the canyon n never touch the ground!!!

Souls can never meet but could get aligned on its vibrations.
Two minds thinking the same way is not unnatural or special.
You can't get linked to each other without anyone's consent.

Quran is the speech of Allah. What else in this international may be more desirable non violent, more desirable eloquent, more desirable beautiful than the speech of Allah?? even if you already know Arabic or no longer, in case you hear with interest, quran may have an result on your soul.
