Considering that you only have these symptoms upon getting out of bed in the morning, I suspect the bed and or your pillow is the culprit. When you sleep and your neck and or back is not in proper alignment, it will cause sensations in the legs such as you describe. Even with a not so good bed, it is very important that your neck is supported properly from your pillow and if not, you will have trouble walking and may be painful when getting up.
The tingling is suggestive of improper circulation to the legs and feet which could be the result of all we discussed above.

I got a Tony Little neck and head support pillow on eBay at a great price, and I sleep like a baby.

I just ordered a Aero-bed air bed on eBay that is designed to give your body the support it needs.

Didn't mean to be so long and drawn out, but your problem deserves proper attention and explanation.

Get a new pillow,

Darryl S.

I'm not a doctor, but it sounds like a circulation problem with the pins and needles sensation. I know your legs can be affected if you don't drink enough water and are dehydrated as well. You are so young for this to happen, and I would suggest seeing a doctor as soon as possible, especially as it has gone on for 2 months. Good luck!!

Do you stretch before you go to bed? That could ease the stiffness in your legs. Also, I get pins and needles in my legs in the mornings too and I just massage my legs for a minute or so. With the difficulty walking on them, you might wanna try staying off them when u first wake up, sometimes your whole body needs to just "wake up:. If these dont work, you might want to consider seeking professional help

Sounds like something a person three times your age would expect to get.

In your daily routine, do you get lots of exercize?

Do you have a strict diet consisting of many vegetables and a good morning breakfast of quality cereals over fatty things?

If you can honestly answer yes to this, then I would seek the advice of a good doctor and also get a checkup.

Definitely go see a doctor. This sounds quite serious and I'm surprised you've let it go on this long without seeking help.
