Use any gentle soap and wash it off well.

Wash your body with anything that makes you feel refreshed and rejuvenated. But don't wash your actual nipples with ANYTHING.

Wash under the breasts, around the breasts and shoulders, everywhere else. But nipples only need a very gentle rinsing with warm water.

I think your OK to use any, I did. But I just made sure that my breasts were washed off with clean water and put no cream on them so that it doesn't interfere when the baby latches on.

What my doctor told me was to use my regular soap but not to use it on my nipples. (How dirty do they really get?) Also, to make sure that I rinse off very well as to not have any shampoo reside as well.

Congrats!
