hi,for about 2 months or so i have woken in the morning and have had trouble putting weight on my legs when i get up,after about an hour or so it gets better but its stil difficult to walk up and down stairs throughout the day,now for the last week it has gotten worse and im finding when i wake up my legs are really tight and have a warm sensation to them,my toes my ankles and the rest of my legis hard to move and hurts,hour later the pain goes off,any idea what this could be?it happens every morning without fail.im 22

also when i get up and start walking i get pins and needles in my feet

Sounds like a very, very mild case of Rhuematic fever. Try some aspirin (sulpha if your doctor agrees). Exceedrin, if it's available or extra strength aspirin just might help. Poor circulatory system may be the reason, too. Maybe a little more walking throughout the week? Get well soon.

Why don't you go see a doctor? Maybe is something that can be solved with a gel...Just go to the doctor...he is the only one that can really help you..

I think you should see a doctor. That way you will get an adequate answer to your problem.

I have the same thing wrong with me and i have (FMS)fibromyagia.Go see A Dr and ask about it look it up on webmd.
