I've been on weight watches diets before plus a gold key member. Yes, it does slow down after the initial period of weight loss, doing more exercise usually get you back on track again

Personally, I would use Slimfast for a day or two to give your Weight Watchers plan a kick in the pants and get it going again and exercise like there is no tomorrow. Swim, walk (borrow a dog for a day) run, go the gym - whatever floats your boat, but do it.
I am with Weight Watchers too, but always use Slimfast on weighing day!!

Well done on what you have lost so far! How ever when any one is loosing weight they platue for a while! The only thing i can suggest is maybe doing 20Min's more exercise a week! This will increase the metabolism just a little bit and hopefully shift that last bit! But so far you have done really well and this is what you need to remember!

15 points a day? I was on 22 points a day when I quit weight watchers. They said that when you get close to your goal weight you have a hard time with those last few pounds, but it's supposed to be because you kind of relax on your diet without realizing it.

Hey, Hey, how about combining exercises with your diet, and ofcourse drinking plenty of water, avoiding fizzy drinks and stuff like that. Regular exercise , relaxed mind and body, plenty of laughter and fun in life should help you including diet.

15 points? Is it the same number system? That seems really low. If you exersise, eat all your points plus your flex. It works.

try eating five small meals a day. I use a Dora the Explorer dish set to keep my portions small. It may sound crazy, but you will love the outcome.
