I just came acrossed a computer program called Diet Power. You log what you eat every day and how much you excersize into the system and it's supposed to help you lose weight by a certain date, or just help you to maintain your weight. Do you or have you used this program B4? If so did it help you to lose weight? and how much? Would you recommend me purchasing it? Thanks for all your feedback, it's much appreciated.
