I just came acrossed a computer program called Diet Power. You log what you eat every day and how much you excersize into the system and it's supposed to help you lose weight by a certain date, or just help you to maintain your weight. Do you or have you used this program B4? If so did it help you to lose weight? and how much? Would you recommend me purchasing it? Thanks for all your feedback, it's much appreciated.

No, but what an interesting concept! I didn't know there was anything like that on the market. I would say if it tells you exactly what to eat and you're not a picky eater then it may well be worth your money. It's hard to know for sure though.

I lost all of my weight on the Cambridge Diet. It's safe and easy and can be used as a sole source of nutrition or in combination with meals to produce weight loss. It's super healthy. Like I said though, if you're not a picky eater then the Diet Power might not be such a bad idea! Do they offer a money back guarantee?

To lose weight, a person has to reduce the calorie intake by some amount by modifying their diet. A diet without sufficient nutrients will only increase the appetite of the person trying to lose weight. Since most people combine a diet with an exercise plan, additional nutrients are required for the growth of muscles required to increase the metabolic rate required for long term weight loss.
