Ok, could I make a suggestion 1st, Save your money, this is cheaper. Get your penis pierced, I have had a piercing on the under side, (not a prince Alfred), and my penis is now 1 inch thicker and possibly longer as well, possibly due to increased blood flow to support the intrusion. This size increase doesn't include the jewellery which can be changed to many imaginative things to spice up the sensation for both of you. I would not. Imagine, if you will, that some procedure you're considering has a 1% chance of significant permanent damage.
Is having a little larger penis to provide her more pleasure really worth a 1/100 chance of your penis either not functioning, losing feeling, or any number of things that could go wrong?

If you got a root elsewhere youd know if its her or you but, im gussing shes been buisy with her toys and stetched the thing beyond its elastic limit. Get a new woman, unless you really love her and that sloppy messy thing. Why did she marry you.? most women marry for love dont they, try to remind her of that.

TThere are options, you could get surgery, she could get surgery, try different positions and techniques, ask her what she needs to satisfy her, and what she wants done. Do you perform oral ?
