the internet thing is a little scary, is there anywhere to meet someone without doing so online and for someone under the age of 21?

When you think about it, the internet's not that scary. But as in real life, don't be dumb and give out too much information, because things will probably go wrong if you're not too careful.
But you could look anywhere... hell, get creative. You could meet a guy on a train, a bus, anywhere public, which brings me back to the internet; it's just a public place connecting the world. So really, it's all the same.

3. Restaurants - the kind where you can "chill"
4. Fairs
5. Amusement Parks
6. Dance classes.
7. Martial art classes
8. On campus clubs
9. Join a sorority or some other social club, you'll meet TONS of guys
10. Arcades
11. Main streets
12. Entertainment centers

the amusement park, the mall, the library, the beach, school n b bla bla bla as long as u dun have to log in to the internet, there's where u meet someone. which means, u can meet someone just about anywhere!
dun just rely on the internet. most people here arent sincere n there's a lot of risk involved in meeting up a total stranger.

church,is a good place,a youth group at church,i'm glad to se the word the internets a lil scary,if you have a boys and gils club where you live is also a good place to meet people.talkto mom and dad,i know ya right,thats cornny lol may-be they can help you findgood places to meet nice people.i know its mom and dad but they are the only ones that really care what happens to you we are parents hun but we really do love our kids,and were there,,stay a lil scared of that internet,this old worlds nothing like it use to be..safe.and mom and dad are not monsters eather lol good luck to you. always j-9

Depends on the type of guy you ar looking for. The workplace is a good place to meet guys with jobs. College is a good place to find guys with no direction but with drive.......or beer bongs. A gym or a park is good for athletic guys. A stripclub for horny guys. To be honest why are you looking for guys if you play your cards right the guys will be looking for you.

Meet a boy at work. I know it sounds taboo but when you're under 21 it doesn't matter much if you date at work. If you screw things up with him one or both of you can quit, it's not going to destroy your career
