Give her an Irish name. Most people associate red hair with being Irish.Don't go with Ginger. Every red dog I've ever seen, is called Ginger.

Well I just googled for a list of redheads, here's a link:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_famous_redheads

Have a look at that list and see if you like any of them! Look up things relating to red!

How about Scarlet? (Or spell it "Scarlett" as in Scarlett Johansson) That would be a funky name and it would go well with the fur colour.

Or Ruby....Crimson.....Salsa...

Let us know what name you pick please :D sounds like a cool puppy!

Hi,

I like Copper or Old red,

How do they sound to you? Ginna is too obvious.

Maybe Fire star or something similar

just be certain to avoid vowel sounds that sound like the basic commands "no" (long O), "sit" (short I), "stay" (long a), "out " (dipthong ou) etc. Stick to something easy to say that you won't be tempted to change or shorten, since you need use it before every command.

Reddy? :)

well, it's easy to say & avoids the sounds that most need avoiding....

congrats on your pup
