No, I've never cared for large gatherings of people, probably why I made a good truck driver, and now a cab driver. My first wife like going out to the bars, to disco dance. Yeah, I'm old. So, being the center of attention was not my thing.

I really hated it back in the early 90s when some organization thought that the volunteer work I was doing for fathers and children warranted recognition and some kind of award. I managed to avoid all but one such display, and than I was tricked into being there. The things are sitting in a box somewhere in the basement.

No, people who usually like to the be the center of attention are insecure and/or unhappy with themselves. All attention is not good attention. Sometimes people get attention for making a fool of themselves and not know it, which is negative attention. An example of negative attention is a big fat girl with too little clothes and walk around thinking she's cute and thinks everyone is looking at her however they are not looking at her because she looks good. They are looking at her wondering why in the heck she is wearing what she is wearing.

Not really. I mean, I do like to have fun but I'm mostly a laid back kind of person. Being the center of attention is too complicated because people are always in your mix and quick to be judgemental about u.

I don't give a **** about being the center of attention. I like the rush of getting dolled up, going out, meeting people, getting buzzed up, and having fun. That's what it's REALLY about!!! Sometimes it just turns out that I am but I don't care for it much. I'm not out to put on a show.

I personally don't like to be the center of attention anywhere. I do know a few girls that HAVE to be the center of attention or the flip out.

as painful as it is to admit....yes-i don't realize that i am doing it until after the fact. I am not a jerk or anything like that but i am usually the loudest, craziest, most humerous one around. The next day I usually feel a little embarrassed by the way i acted(even though people say it was funny) but then there i go again....

I'm the quiet type and I would hate to have to put a show for everyone every single time. I prefer personal conversations and intimate moments with my friends and family.

I don't mind being the center, but most often I have more fun sitting back and watching.

No .. actually I hate it. I tend to focus myself on my son or my husband to avoid it all together.
