I have asked this once already but only got one answer. I English and there are alot of dangerous older people on the road. I know young people can be dangerous too but we should educate everyone. The elderly though, alot of the time don't tell the authorities about certain conditions whether it be bad eye sight or joint conditions that could make it hard for them to react quickly. I think once people get to 60 they should re-take their test and have a 6 yearly medical.

i personaly think that all drivers no matter of age should be retested every 10 years but if they cause the accedent it should be manditory that they be retested every year 4 at least 3 years after there last accident if they cause more then 2 accidents in a 1 year spand then they should be put back on probation

No,once you pass your driving test, you don`t have to take another test but if your are not confident enough you can go for a pass plus test. That way you can drive on the motorway with your driving instructor and get the fell of it.

Hello!! :o) NO - I don't think a 60 year old should have to take a driver's test. But I DO think that before they are allowed to re-new their license - they would have to get the 'OK' from their doctor. Craig!! :o)

Just wait til you are 60 and see how you feel.
I'm in my thirties by the way. Also when you are sixty your reactions are on average no worse than they are when you are thirty. You only start to go downhill in your seventies
