There's a program avalable by Inventec, called Dr. eye. It's developed for Chinese speakers learning English, but I find it immensly helpful with my Chinese studies.
It comprises of a translator, dictionary and instant translation service (Let your mouse hover over a word and a translation word box appears.) It also has English test preperation exercises.
It has multi language translation funcions, including English, Traditional Chinese (Taiwan), Simplified Chinese (PRC), Japanese and Korean.
