Is there any way to buy just the cheese sauce from Kraft mac-n-cheese?

Not the sauce (that I know of)...but now you can by the cheese powder...I believe it is either in the spice area or the popcorn seasonings area. LOL @ Joey :o)

Buy the mac and cheese and throw away the mac.

Would love to but I don't believe you can, unless you check out a foodservice company, and then you'd end up with a five-gallon bucket of the stuff (blecch).

You can, however, get a satisfying substitute by melting Velveeta.
