i see a lot of sites saying you can and listing many of these substances and i was curious as to how they can claim to do so when possesion i believe in most states is illegal in itself? thanks

you can but you have to make sure your supplier is legit. It's not legal to have them sent to the U.S. but for the most part you get your orders. I've been ordering for the past 2 years and have only had 1 package never show up and the stuff has always been legit. Don't bother with the sites listed in magazines, those are a joke. you want stuff from british dragon, ec labs and even eco oils. hope this helps.
