It doesn't say anything on the matter of organs, but it does however on blood. Your organ has your blood, so I really don't know. Hope you find your answer.

The Bible does not address this in any way.

No Christian should be reluctant to locate his or her organs if they can help another person live. I would think this is a very Christian gesture.

Of course, there are two ways you can donate organs. You can give up one of your two kidneys or a part of your liver, or other duplicated organs and remain alive. Or you can donate your organs when you no longer need them--after your death.

I think had Jesus known we could do this he would have encouraged us to donate our organs.

Yes they certainly can. Probably a “good deed” in the eyes of the Big Guy too! (There is an old slogan: "be an organ donor; heaven knows we need them here")

If interested, please do sign up with your state driver's license bureau & most importantly, be certain to make your wishes known to your relatives & friends. People are dying every day for want of organs.

Having said that, be careful out there, especially if you ride motorcycles. The irony is that motorcycle accidents of young healthy people are the biggest source of good quality organs.

In fact, sorry & not to be macabre, but if you ride motorcycles it's an especially good idea to become an organ donor.

(Sorry if that's painful to read)

Yes, Christians are encouraged to donate organs. We get a new body in heaven, so we don't need whats left behind..

I don't think there would be any problem with them donating THEIR organs since they believe the soul is what matters.

---

I don't think you'll ever find anything in the Bible about that considering the fact that organ donating technology didn't exist yet.

Yes. I hoped that if I die, my dad would take my pancreas because he has diabetes and it is serious. He may loose his legs in a few years. My brothers and sisters need him around. I would give my life for him if I had to. My mother left us when we were young and as the oldest, I would sacrifice what I could to make sure they had him around because he is such a blessing.

Even though I dont know those I donate to, I know they are important to someone. I would hope that what I donate helps those to live a better, healthier life.

nothing against it. being a christian doesn't mean that you can't help other people through donating organs. god said 'love your neighbour as yourself' so i guess if anything, anybody donating their organ/s would make god happy because you are 'loving your neighbour'

When a Christian dies here on Earth, his/her body will return to the ground it came from. If by chance someone needs a part of my body for there life to continue by all means take it.><>
