I've been there 3 times. I'm sorry to tell you that it's probably not likely, unless you're buying a t-shirt. A friend of ours is probably a Size 14 US Size, and she didn't go shopping with us after the first day. Fruitless exercise really.
The women there are stick thin (naturally) and the retailers targets the needs of the local population first. Being Chinese American, we were already on the large size. I could bearly fit into a Size 10. (They use British sizes.)

It will be difficult to nearly impossible. I am a S in the US and I am a L in HK clothes. In Shenzhen though, go to the mall and get custom made outfits. You can choose the materials and designs you want for really affordable prices and it can be done in about 6-8 hours.

I never tried ladies clothing before although I might be tempted one day :) ...but for men, I usually take size L in Canada but even size XL in HK was kinda tight for me. So it is very unlikely that you will find fitting XXL there. Although they do produce clothing in those sizes, everything is exported to international markets.

A better bet might be getting a tailor to make the clothes for you. Larger sizes are not readily avaliable.
