It depends on where you are body wise. If you have fifty pounds to loose, your first step is cardio. (walking, running) add in some weights.
Then/or if your at your goal weight do side mid bottom crunches. A reclined position helps gravity uses the exercise to get the most out of it.

Cardio exercise is the best way to trim your body no matter where. It burns the fat all over your body. Try it and you will be amazed! Do it 4-5 times a week for 30-40 minutes each workout.

It depends how fir you are. Try folk dancing. Look at www.dance.net to find a flavour that you like and group near you. There are elements of gymnastics, ballet, martial arts in many of the forms.

No and you wouldn't get any sleep cause most corsets are tight and uncomfortable! Also, depending on how tight the corset is, after a while it could take a toll on your ribs! So be careful! XOXO JAZZY
