Best is milk without sugar. It reduces acidity and also stops burning but for some it creates gas. If you add sugar then acidity will increase. Plain milk breaks immediately into curd and sometimes you can bring it out and spit it too. Second Option: cut 1/2 lemon and squeeze into a glass of water (150 ml) and drink the same the first thing in the morning , do not add salt or sugar and only plain juice & water should be taken. If this is continued for 1 month you stomach reduces its acid production and your problem is solved.
