Go to the cemetery office, produce info that you are a
relative and they should direct you. You may need a
picture ID, however.
I've done this doing my family tree. I do hope you know the
cemetery. If you don't, submit the birth date of the individual
to the office in City Hall that holds birth/death certificates.
Once again, you may need a picture ID, the birth date and
the first/last name and date of death. That should do it.
