"la vie est belle"
I'm guessing that it's Italian, and it means something along the lines of "the way is beautiful"...but I'm not sure.

I tried looking it up on some transaltion websites, but I only got a bunch of jumbled words...

does this ring a bell to anyone?

"Life is beautiful."

It is not Italian but French. The Italian for "Life is beautiful" is "La vita e bella."

"La vie est belle" is literally "The life is beautiful." However, in English, the article "the" is removed.

"Belle" is most often translated as "beautiful" but it has a broader range of meanings than "beautiful" does in English. It makes more sense to translate "la vie est belle" to "life is good" than "life is beautiful", IMAO.
