Call your local 24 hour pharmacy for instrucitions from a pharmacist.
Also look at the side of the Infant tyelnol box.

Call your local Rx, or Ped,, Always go with the weight when giving infant medication. That is what the Doctors go by. So check the weight chart. Hope this helps....

For the weight of 20lbs you would give .8mL. The box does not say by weight which is the only thing doctor's go by.
