My boyfriend and I are very close to each other although we're staying in different city. We call each other almost 3 or 4 times a day. If we're busy with work then we make sure that we talk before we go to bed, he or me work call. I really love him a lot. He's very nice and loving to me. Since become a couple there's been never a day that we didn't talk to each other. If he did go outstation he would at least call me once. I also miss him very much as I only see him once in a month. Recently his dad asked him to go to trip to India for 1 month or more with him and he asked my opinion. My boyfriend's fly doesn't know our relationship as we want to tell them later but my fly knows about it. His fly difficult a bit but soon we'll tell them after our career ok ready. I told my boyfriend not to go to India as I would miss him. We wouldn't be able to talk much if the place he's going got communication problem. Deep down in me I don't want him to go so I said No. Is my action wrong?

What in the world is a fly? And yes, you are being selfish by telling him you don't want him to go. It's a co-dependent action honey. You need him to make you happy. That's not how real relationships work. You should encourage him to go, to have fun, enjoy his experience, show him that you trust him and use the time apart to reflect on your relationship.

Fly? Let him go...they are probably just shopping for a traditional India girl. You find ads in the paper over there and you get to pick out your new bride and it is just FUN.

as everyone will probly say, long distance relationships suck. and why hide it from his family? i hate to say it, but in time, your going to start drifting apart. maybe not this instance, but it will eventually. as for his trip, you have got to grow up. you are apart now, if you love and trust him, then you know he will come back to you.your asking him to choose you above his own family, and that is wrong. support him, and learn to stand on our own feet for awhile. you may find and like a more indepentant you.
