I got abducted by aliens about one year ago, and they took me and kept on putting me on tubes and examining all around my body, they took my clothes, my wallet, my keys, basically everything. No one believes me tho, they think im a joker, what can i do to prove them wrong?

I don't believe you either. I normally would just ignore a post such as yours, but since you are asking why nobody believes you, I'll tell you.
It is so much more logical to think that you are delusional or lying. Maybe you were stoned/drunk and molested and robbed. Maybe you were up to something that night and you came up with this BS story to account for the missing time and money. I'm not sure why you have stuck with it for a year.
If I had been abducted, I would lie about that. I would make up a story about being drunk. Telling stories about being abducted will undermine how others see you.

The world has be deluged with movie images of aliens and persons being abducted. To many the accounts of such incidents are the essence of science fiction, or the kind of stories that make good movies.
Whether you were abducted or not is a matter that only you really know. Whether people believe you or not will be a matter of personal interpretation.
Those who want to believe you will.
Those who do not want to believe you will never believe you, regardless to what evidence you produce.

The reason no one beleives you is that you're back. If you truly want to be believable then next time the aliens come to get you tell them they have to keep you.
