I'm 5'7 and weigh 102 pounds. I hate the fact that I am skinny. I always eat and eat and eat and I'm definitely not anorexic, bulemic, or whatever. I try to gain weight but it is hard for me. Many people say it is because of my fast metabolism since after I eat a full dinner, dinner,breakfast, I get hungry about 2 hours later and I eat snacks occasionally. I eat as much as everybody else and many people say I eat a lot for a person like me. In fact, I love eating but I just can't seem to gain any weight but I rarely eat junk food because my family doesn't like junk food. I wish I could gain weight somehow because I get really self-conscious about myself and I always hide myself because I look so skinny and I want to wear tank tops like everyone else but I just feel so skinny and I hate it. I just need tips on gaining weight. People say I should eat more but seriously, I DO eat and it's not helping. If there are any natural suggestions on gaining weight, that would be very helpful.

Have you been to the Dr.? It is best to rule out certain things, that could be health related. But some people are just like that. Some people have a very high metabolism, and can eat what ever they want and never gain a pound. But I would get your family Dr., to confirm that. And perhaps also seeing a natural path Dr., they are more in tune with parasites that may be sapping all of your nutrients, etc.
To be honest it makes us bigger girls jellous. smile.
Also it depends on your age. If you are young, you may find that with age, and hormone changes that you will gain weight, as your metabolism slows down.

i know exactly wat ure feeling is.beleieve me.i know how lo self-esteem goes.i was and to say more than in trouble with ure problem.iu wont beleive it i used to wear 2-3 pants under the jeans wich i was goign to wear and 6-7 t-shirts under the shirt i was going to wear.i thought it helped me but there was time i was embarrsed by friends and family members for it.u fell bad for beiing skinny becuase it makes u feel like ure weaker man.im sure ure age will be within 18yrs.form 13 yrs or so i was very lean and did all kinds of shits to get fat.but nothing worked.its the age.u cant do nothing bout it.i have even cried for wishing to be fat.now ill tell u wat i did.after wen i was 18yrs or so i started doing exercises ,like push ups,pull ups and things.i stsrted showing results.u know the problem with our bodies is it wont put up fat easily but it sure in hell put up muscles.thats wat happened to me.then i started doing body building seriously.i got bigger.now im 23 years old and im bigger and stronger than most ppl aroundat earlier days i was 5/10" 62kgs(17yrs)now im more than 81 in 6 feet.friend its a great thing u have this body type.wait patiently and all this problem will go.go for exercises.void body building as of now.i look back and laugh at wat all i did during those days.even now im smiling wen im typing this.u made me bring back memories.hope i was helpful.and more thing eat quality food ,dont look at quantity.tke cre.god bless you.
