Ok, I didn't know what to put this under, so I put it under Health, because I am a little stressed out but at the same time, I don't let things get to me. About mid-August, I had some glass thrown at me from a maroon van as I was walking up the street to go home. I kind of have an idea who it was too (I think it was a jealous female...), and someone from her van yelled something out at me, but I couldn't make out what it was. Then like cowards, they drove away. Now I feel as though I need to constantly watch my back everytime I leave my house. I did nothing wrong to these people and they throw glass at me for no reason. Thankfully, it hit the side of the sidewalk and they better be glad that police weren't around to arrest them. Tell me your thoughts on this situation. Its a shame that people have such hate in their hearts.

It couldn't be someone I didn't know...it had to have been someone I knew or else they wouldn't have done what they did. I swear I did nothing wrong to these people. But if it happens again, I will call the police to get a restraining order on the correct parties.

I think maybe you should go and do a police report on it so as it is on record in case this person/people do something more serious to you, keep a record of everything and make sure you tell someone about it also.
People like this tend to be dangerous and it's always good to have everything documented...
Good luck to you and God Bless...

I agree with the ladeebug71. Why have you not called the police? I seriously can only imagine how hard that would be, so I have a million other questions, but you only gave us this. Call the cops, get a police report to cover your back, and stay off the street when you are alone. I understand the fear you may have of naming names, but give it some thought and talk to somebody about it, in depth. Why is she jealous anyway? Well, being a female, I know there doesn't really need to be an excuse, so she is either a kid or very immature.

you also need to introspect if there were some actions done by you or some member of your family that has caused this hatred.

It can also be a case of mistaken identity. After careful anlaysis you should also lodge a complaint with the police in the neighborhood where the incident occurred. Give them a description of the van, the person you saw and anything else that you may remember.

It can also be plain hooliganism or vandals who might want to throw something on whoever it is that was passing. just like terrorists throw bombs on innocents (Oh boy now I am reminded of the WTC attacks)

Please take care and God Bless.
