Unfortunately there is no safe universal adapter! You should only use an adapter specifically designed for your camera, with the specific brand and model listed on the outside of the package if it is not from the camera manufacturer! I have many different digital cameras ranging from Nikon, Canon, Kodak, to Polaroid a real inexpensive earlier model. Each is unique, although they have similar voltage! (except for the Polaroid and the Kodak which are 3v but have different plugs with different polarities!

Again use the power supply from the Camera manufacturer you can get them used - second hand on the web real cheap!

Have a good day

Yea. Don't we all. You might try "batteries plus" or "radio shack". The hard part is going to come up with some form of plug adapters as so many of the devices use a mixture of proprietary plugs. I ran into that problem back in my service days on cordless phones and just ordered batteries with solder tabs on them so I could take the cord off of the customer's old battery and put it on the new one.
