Everclear or other PGAs are the highest you are going to find, but your friend won't be able to take a shot of it. Even if he manages to get the shot down, it won't make him piss drunk, no single shot can do that, unless your friend has no tolerance to alcohol and almost no body fat, then I still doubt it. For ideas, if your friend drinks coke, punch, or something else non-alcoholic, put a little bit of alcohol in his drinks, I don't advise drugging someone like this, but it is about the only way you are going to get him piss drunk if he will only take a single shot willingly. Just try and convince him to drink more.

Proof is on the bottle. A shot of anything high proof is more likely, you can also increase alchoholic effects by havign them spin, smoke or somethign else (not eat). It doesnt matter what drink it is. If you want someone very drunk you should consider volume consumed not just % alcohol. For instance its pretty hard to chug Bacardi, but you can 'shotgun' a beer easy. Also remember that alcohol is essentially a poison and getting someone so drunk they pass out entirely is playing a very serious game with their life. Have them shake some bud punch a tiny hole and shoot it down their mouths. Repeat this several times and they will be going no where. Also they will probably vomit before they die of alcohol poisoning. If you give someone incredibly high proof anything (especially moonshine) they will probably skip the disoriented babble drunk stage and go straight to the coma or blind or dying stage, which i bet wont be as funny in retrospect.

You won't find anything stronger than Everclear...it's 190 proof or 95% alcholo by volume. You also DO NOT drink it straight. You can in that one is physically able, but then, one is physically able to do shots of gasoline, too, but it's about as smart.

The only thing stronger is pure, non-denatured anhydrous ethanol that is 100% alcohol only until the cap is removed...it attracts water from the air until it equalizes at 96.5%
This is only available through laboratory supply houses and only with a monstrous paper trail of permits and licenses...and last time I checked, it was somewhere around $115 a gallon.

I have heard bitters has the most alcohol by volume. A little bit could boost the alcohol. I think it's used in old fashioneds and manhattens and stuff..... not sure about the whole thing though. aska a bartender.

Anything that is very high proof has a higher alcohol content. One off the top of my head is Bacardi 151. They also have stuff like 99 apples, which is high proof.

Hooterite Wine..... It's basically bootleg made by Hooterite's in Montana. The proof doesn't really matter. If you drink to much it can make you go blind..... Almost pure alcohol

PGA Pure Grain Alcohol.
Some states dont sell it. Its 200 proof.
It will burn a hole in the pistons if you run it in your car.
If your friend can swallow it,(not easy believe me) it will get him/her tipsy on a 2-ounce shot.

A recipe? Grape juice and PGA 1/2 & 1/2. Called 'purple jesus'.
Be careful, have fun, dont drive.

P.S. Everclear is a brand of PGA. Sorry, been awhile.
