My dear...don't be so quick to tell someone you are in love with them. First of all, how do you know that you're in love? have you ever been in love before? Love is a very complex emotion that is very confusing to say the least.
At any rate, I suspect that you are very young and you need to be very careful when it comes to being involved with a male. They can be very tricky as well as deceiving. Make sure you understand that ALL of them are primarily interested in making a bee line to your panties...all of them. That is what they love.
Don't let your judgment of them be clouded by your emotions. Don't rush...take your time and really get to know him, Find out what his goals are and if he has any plans for the future. Refuse him sex and study his reactions. In other words, don't just readily put yourself in his hands. Make him earn your respect and NEVER let a man, boy or whatever control your life.
To answer your question, NO. Try and have fun in this stage of your life. Most adults are not equipped to handle being in love, mush less the youth. believe me it is not all just peaches and cream. Take your time dear. Concentrate on getting good grades so that it will lead to you being able to take care of yourself and not need to depend on others to take care of you.

Love is kinda stong. If he already knows...he will let you know. Actully it's better if the guy says it...you will feel better about it also. A decent guy will do the right thing and make a spectical of it, and make it a memorable experience. In the mean time, hang in there, and make him smile...he will come around. : )

If he is single and unattached, definitely yes !!! At least you must let him know how you feel. If he rejects you at least you know you can move on without regret and if he accepts you then you got yourself a bf and that's a bonus :-)

when the situation comes to men, wait tell he tells you first because they always fell that we are throwing ourselves on them, so dont say anything until he says he loves you first but ofcourse do treat him like you love him, that is ok...
