there are way too many loophole in all of our laws, if you can figure them out you can get away with almost anything. the loopholes need to be closed and common sense need to come back to the courtrooms
wow, that person above me really needs to figure out how to get the anal probe out

I think that they should be put in jail for no less than 3 years. Then i think that they should get some kind of locator plated in them so if the violate our laws again after being deported they can then get more of a proper prison term... And i agree with the girl above me. The guy above her needs to get checked.. something wrong with him... Strong punishment need for violators and loop holes need to be closed.

I think 'when in doubt, deport'. No ID= no driver's license, no proof of residency, no SSN/equivalent means you won't be working anywhere legally, and if they don't speak english, that right there's a pretty big clue that they're not from the United States, so no, don't hold em in jail, call the ICE, they have experts that speak spanish, and they'll be happy to cart em off home where they came from. I guess the people in Kentucky can't use the internet or something....one thing that illegal aliens represent is enough work to keep immigration enforcement fully employed...jobs for america! LOL

That's an outrage. Fingerprint them, assign an identity number and implant a chip. Prosecute and deport if they are not citizens.

what a crock of **** see guys this is what im talking about all of us end up fighting on here for what we think should or shouldnt happen and our own justice system is letting *** holes like that go with a slap on their hands.4 or 5 different identities and she has seen them before and she holds them and then they over rule her and say she was wrong.so look everyone were making our own war and why the government talks a lot but nothing is being dones is this justice for us it sure isnt and will it ever end i doubt it.

They'll reappear? That's the whole question, isn't it?
And the Constitution does NOT guarantee you be permitted to post bail. For example if they think you will run, you frequently aren't allowed to post bail. That is sheer nonsense.

I agree with what the judge did only if what the judge said was true in that she had seen them before and they were changing names.
