i want to go on the pill and i want to know if its effectiveness can be disturbed by alcohol or anything else.please help me girls....

no drinking alcohol does not change the effectiveness of the pill. I have taken my pill with beer and I have never gotten pregnant. It would warn you not to take with alcohol if it canceled out the main purpose for taking the pill.

I'm not a girl but I don't think drinking affects the pills effectiveness. I do know that smoking weed will cause break through bleeding though.

never drink alcojol with any pills it counteracts the effectiveness of it . this doesn't prevent std's or pregnancies so be careful it tkaes away or defeats the purpose of the pill so don't take it cause it will mess you up badly

i dont think booze does but dont drink grapefruit juice, or any mixed drink with it in as grapefruit cancels out the effectiveness.
