I've had long curly hair for many years now. I get a lot of attention and comments about my hair (from both guys and gals). I have an appointment this upcoming Friday for my hair. I am considering cutting half way my back. I am afraid though. I wonder what guys actually prefer. Longer or shorter hair? I like to feel feminine and sexy. What if I make a mistake?

Your already having doubts, so just get a trim, take a couple of inches off. The guys have their long hair, You have hair that feels better with the dead ends cut off.

I am a girl, but I'll let you know that statistics show that most guys prefer long hair to short hair. Unless your hair is damaged, don't cut it... or maybe just get a trim, or layers, or side bangs if you want something different. My boyfriend has mentioned a couple of times that he likes long hair over short hair, so I'm not making this up.

Go for it girl! A new look is always great! And as for whether the guys want it long or short....it's not up to them ~ I'm pretty sure, the guy is not going to be getting up in the morning and styling for you! If you're a lil scared about cutting it all off talk to your stylist about a good medium length!

I just cut off a foot of my hair on Wednesday. I don't regret it...besides it's just hair it will grow back.
The one reason I cut is is because I wanted a change....it's not permanent...so it was fun cutting it....I look so different...it was really fun.
Just go for it! Remember change is good!

Between you and me I think long hair is VERY sexy, you should leave it long, but it is your head so you should do what you want. If you do cut it you can allways grow it back out.

maybe you should straighten it...instead of it being curly and only take off about 3-4 inches...so nothing real dramatic but something noticable
