Yes they do they are very high in calories. I had to put my son on them at one time because he could not gain any weight at 4years old and I gave him one with his lunch and one with his dinner and it helped alot. However most taste like crap, my son said the strawberry and bannana was the best.

For what? For weight gain? Nutrition? They work OK for both but it tastes nasty nasty nasty. You'd be better off getting a small milk shank at McDonald's and taking a multi vitiman.
