I'm managing the universe. If you think you can do a better job, feel free to take over.

There have been times when I've felt that way and asked that very same question.

I'm not trying to be preachy here. This is just my opinion.

If you are not saved then He is waiting outside the door to your heart. All He wants is to be invited in.

If you are saved and you can't find Him, turn around and go back. God will never leave you. He is right where you left Him.

If you are asking God for something, be patient. Belive me, I know it isn't easy. Sometimes it does seem like we have to wait forever, but we have to remember God isn't bound by man's concept of time. God hears all prayers and just because you don't always get what you ask for doesn't mean He doesn't listen or doesn't care. He knows what is best for us and He isn't going to give us something that's not right for us.

I suppose that may sound a little condescending. Sorry about that. I'm just being honest and answering how I feel. Let me say one last thing here. I'm not trying to be a hippocrit. I don't want to pretend to be something I'm not. I'll be the first to admit that I don't live the way I should. At this point in time I'm not following God's word or His plan for my life at all. However I do have the utmost respect for and belief in God's word. Just because I've chosen right now to walk away doesn't make what He said any less valid.

The answer is in the understanding of the Book of Job. Did God allow Job to suffer? No because if you really read the text in context (of course this always helps) God asks Satan a question. Have you considered my faithful servant Job? Of course Satan had, just like a theif surveys his next victim. Satan knew everything about Job as if he had been "casing" him for years. Satan certainly considered Job just as he considers each and every one of us.

Look at the obstacle in your path as a game - two teams. The Evil One is not on your team, that's the other side. You are on the opposing team with God as your coach and number one cheerleader. God will give you instruction if you are open to hearing and seeing what He has prepared for you. You have free will and can to either accept His guidance or not. If you choose to listen and see what God wants you to do then, and only then can the obstacle be overcome. God doesn't leave us. He's always there by our side. Believe and trust in God and thank Him in advance for providing what you need to get you through the dark time. "Yea, though I walk through the valley of darkness, I fear not the Evil One." Why? Because God is there guiding you through the dark valley and the Evil One cannot hurt one of God's favored children. Each person has the ability to become one of God's favored by simply submitting yourself to Him and His will.

Nothing is impossible when you trust upon His word.

God knows whats best for everyone! Sometimes he lets us be in a situation for us to learn or to make us better people! sometimes you have to go through pressure and heat that may seem unbearable to become the Diamond that God wants us to be! We look at life like it's just the height of our lives, but there is so much more than just small things in a day! What we all need to understand is that God is in control. It's really nothing for God to take something from you but he will give you something better than life itself! There is a bigger plan for alot of things!

The first thing is do you have a relationship with Him? If not, you need to get that sorted out.

To those who have a relationship with Him, he is as close as the air you breathe. He is every where at all times and therefore the question of where he is does not even arise.

Psalm 23 verse 1; "The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want..."

Psalm 27 verse I; "The Lord is my Light and my Salvation, whom shall I fear? The Lord is the Strength of my life. of whom shall i be afraid?"

Psalm 46 verses 1 & 2; "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore will not we fear though the earth be removed and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea...."

Establish a true and living relationship with God through Jesus Christ and you will find the blessed assurance of His Presence at all times.

Mathew Chapter 28 verse 20b "...I am with you alway, even to the end of the world. Amen".

This is such a hard question. I have struggled with it for many years. I have been angry at God but now, after a lot of prayer and a lot of time, the only real place for me to land is in a position of faith. For me to believe that He is not there, that He does not care would make Him either non-existant or cruel and neither of those are things that I find to be true. I don't know. If you have suffered there are no easy answers to this question. I believe that people have free choice to do good and to do evil and their choices impact everyone around them. It makes me careful and responsible in the way I choose to live my life and the way I choose to treat others.

God is always there if we invite Him in. The question should be "WHERE IS MAN?" We are made in God's image and are obligated to be like Him. In that case, man should be doing as much as he possibly can to relieve human suffering! Don't wait for God to do your work! Find the suffering and do what God would do!

People being slaughtered today in Darfur are crying out to God. We hear them, but are we doing anything about the genocide? Read today's news. The U.N. will soon be leaving Darfur and abandoning thousands more to Sudanese government slaughter!!!

WHERE IS MAN?????

God is exactly where He has always been. He is in the midst when two or more are gathered in His name; He is in heaven, He is close to the broken hearted, He hears when we call. Jesus said He would never leave nor forsake us.

God is not man that He should lie. Jesus was God made flesh. Therefore, you can trust His word as the absolute truth.

In the king James Bible chapter 2 and verse 22, God says
He is there to them that call on Him out of a pure heart.

God is always there, but it is up to us to let Him in. If we are so set in our own ways and desires there's not much God can do to help. If we give our lives to Him and pray His will He will do great things in our lives. It's our strong will, stubborn, fleshy nature that puts a barrier between us and the Lord. It's when we let our barriers down and fully and completely trust God with our lives that we really begin to see Him working in our lives.

right where they ask him to be,if you are not saved and or asking you will not receive and if you don't know how to ask you want receive. You can't just pay no attention to God like and old coat in the closet and take it out only when its cold, you may find it full of moth holes and unwearable, just like with God if you have not lived right and for him, don't expect him to come in on a white horse to save the day when you he don't even know you.
