eat a variety of beans as a protein source. However u may still be deficient in B comples especially B12 which is important for blood formation. So do take B complex supplements daily

Fish......have you tried ostrich it is the so called healthy red meat? I don't think it is necessary if you still eat fish and fowl, there are many other sources of iron

Legumes might be a reasonable replacement. No red meat?!?!?! I'd just as soon die.

I rarely eat beef.

fish, poultry, pork, nuts, cheese, beans (eat with cheese for a complete protein)
