I think Liddell would win in an openweight tourney. He would dispatch lighter and similar weight fighters with his excellent striking. Fighting taller heavyweights like Sylvia would be more difficult I think in that case he would shoot and take them down with his incredible wrestling ability and neutralize them on the ground with g'n'p or submissions.

Overall I would have to go with Chuck. He has avenged all of his losses and hasn't been busted for steroids like Sylvia. If Hughes' standup were better, I would say he is best pound for pound, but he wouldn't be able to get Chuck to the ground. Chuck did lose to Rampage Jackson, as someone did mention, but it wasn't as lopsided as was stated. There are a number of Pride Middleweights that would be great to put up against Liddell, and hopefully Silva can recover from his loss to Crocop and give Chuck a fight in November. So as far as UFC goes, Chuck is the pick of the litter, however, I believe that Jackson, Silva, and Rua are all on par with Liddell.

They all blow. The worst Pride fighter would school the best UFC fighter..... Iceman. As a matter of fact the Iceman got destroyed by Jackson when he fought in Pride.

This is a hard question
You cant say Tito because Chuck beat him
You cant say Chuck because Randy beat him
You cant say Randy because Chuck beat him
You cant say Matt because BJ beat him
The list goes on and on
SO I GO WITH DIEGO SANCHEZ.... as best overall
But as far as a no weight class fight
Its hard to say once again because everyones got
a chance Would it be the biggest? or the knockout guy or the wrestler?? not sure on that one

for any weight class, no holds barred, I'd have to vote for Silvia. As broring as some of his fights are, he just keeps getting better and better.

Best fighter pound for pound is Barney Rubble. I mean Matt Hughes

I hate to say it, but Tito. He's a grappler (Golden West college and Cal State wrestler) who can ground and pound. His stand up games not bad either. Plus he's had a couple submission wins.
