You mean you are tired.
Call it like it is.
Sleep more, eat healthy, get exercise. It is not exactly brain surgery. If the previous doesn't work after a few weeks, go see a Dr.

It can be SO many things. You have to go to doctors and if you are very lucky they might help you. Low thyroid or fibromyalgia. It can be the start of other conditions, so going to a doctor is really important.
