"that man" is YOU.
edit: the way i heard this riddle originaly involved a man looking at a painting of a man then commenting "Brothers and sisters have I none, but that man's father is my father's son"....that way, it doesn't get confusing to refer to "that man."
I got the answer right back then too. :)
