Lose weight and do crunches. I'm doing both and it's working. Have to lose the weight, too, unfortunately.

the most important point is --> watch your cholesterol!!!1 this is the major cause of belly...make sure u eat not more than about 250 mg per day ...almost every product has info on how much cholesterol is contains!!! NO JUNK FOOD FOR YA EITHER !!! it has bunch of cholesterol !!! and u have to work out on top of that too ....

worked for me...it doesnt do miracles cause genetics take it all...but it helped a lot ...and u have to keep up with it ..u cant just do it for a while and then stop.... good luck ...!!! :)

Start eating healthier. Combine weight training with aerobic exercise. You can't pick where you lose weight; so you shouldn't always just do ab workouts. That won't do you much good.

Johnny Drama is right, you can NOT choose where you loose fat. you just have to eat better and loose total body fat and as your total body fat decreases your abdominal muscle will begin to show.
