that a woman MUST have to make her a long-term potential partner(wife, girlfriend)--In other words, asside from the T & A, what other qualities do you feel are ESSENTIAL?

1st off, she has to have a good and honest heart! Not into playing stupid head games lying, cheating,etc!
2nd, She has to be beautiful inside and out! (no matter what she actually looks like, she has to turn me on with her mind and soul most of all!)Because that matters more than what she actually looks like is what is inside that will make the relationship work more than what is on the outside!
3rd, She has to at least have some of the same interersts and can let me enjoy some time to myself/my own space once in awhile,( whether it be just relaxing writing/on the computer, playing with my dog, going out with friends for a few drinks etcBUT NOT CHEATING!!! As I would allow her the same and be comfortable in trusting each other!
At the moment, that's what I can think of and am looking for in a woman.

sensitivity (I wanna know that she can feel like I feel)
Horny (no joke) you know how some girls do not care about sex or touching you? I want to know that she is into me always and that she will be through the long haul... I want to know that I am welcome to her on a deeply intimate level that she (truly) wants me and to touch my soul with her affection... (oops I may have gotten a little to real for a website and it may not seem as though I am masculine to my male counter parts...) THE UFC rocks!!!! there how is that I hope that helps you...

that she not let herself go over time ( cut hair short, gain weight )
that she has an outlook in life that positive
that she has rid herself of all emotional baggage from divorce, past bad relationships etc...
that she has a sense of humor
that she has a sense of passion
that she is not stuck on herself or takesherself too seriously
oh yeah..
did I mention T and A ?

intelligence. you don't have to be a rhode scholar, but it's a good thing if you can carry on a conversation, think for yourself, read a book once in a while, and can spell.
honesty. how will i know what's going on with you if you don't tell me what's going on with you? this plays into trust issues too, of course.
sense of humor. so you can spend your lives together laughing at the absurdity of it all.
