my daughter ally love to wacth tv and eat junk food i feel that she needs a heathlyer diet and more exsire. please help me with a diet plan thats right for ally.

well first off someone's gotta be goin out and buying the junkfood, i dont think its her hint hint. get her in a sport she enjoys, doesnt have to be hard dance, cheer, soccer, rugby haha and stay away from fastfood try to make a healthy dinner regularly

Family meal once a week, a really great roast.
BUT, if she turms it down and still wants junk food, dont bat an eyelid, just give her what she wants. Meanwhile be sure to enjoy YOUR meal.
Occasionaly you could feign that you dont have the food she wants and then has to have what you do or go hungry, but do than only rarely.

The important thing is to let her choose by experiencing what she could be eating.

you might want to try gradually changing the meals that are prepared at home, encourage her to take walks with you, buy healthier foods to stock up the fridge. don't leave any junk food laying around.

in matters such as this, the individual has to take initiative. talk to her about your concern and take her to see a nutritionist.

you can also try spending time with her doing different things which pull her away from tv so she can see that she can have more fun away from tv.
