Oracle is a Relational Database Management System. It allows you to store data in tables (rectuangular structure) and you can retrieve as you wish. It has a programming language called PL/SQL.
To learn Oracle, join SSI. It was the best Oracle teaching institute with a slogan - Think Oracle Think SSI. If you cant find SSI in near vicinity, join SQL*STAR. They cost more - but course is recognized by Oracle.
