We did a wine tour near Greve, at Verrazzano Vineyards. The scenery is breathtaking !

It was a a great wine tour with Gino. The lunch on site with wine pairings was good as well.
I did not particularly care for the chianti wines there, but I did buy some of the best balsamic vinegar I have ever had.
One thing they will tell you, taste what you wish, drink what you like! I happen to like the wines from the Montepulciano/ Montalcino area the best.
enjoy !

I've been to Greve in before, as is listed above. It's beautiful. If you're looking for a winery setting then that might be one of your better bets. But there's also the Ruffino & Banfi. It you want to taste the best wines that Tuscany has to offer, all the chiantis, then head to the 'enoteca la fortezza' in Montalcino. You won't be disappointed, guaranteed. It's a wine bar inside the towns historical fort. The combination of food and high end flights of wine is unbeatable.

A tour group I was with went to Castello Banfi in Montecino. It was great, although I couldn't say how it compares to other wineries, since it was the only one we visited.
