A sexual idea or meaning suggested by or associated with a word or thing. It can be a word, picture, gestures or even a facial expression. The cover of Penthouse magazine is almost always "sexually connotative" in order to entice you to buy it and see what's inside. What's inside is most definitely sexually connotative. A woman's tee-shirt that says "Hottie" could be considered sexually connotative.
