Unfortunately, you don't provide the make or type of car or any specifics. However, with having blue smoke, which is oil, I suspect strongly that you have a serious mechanical failure. My advice woud be to take it to a trained mechanic as soon as possible. Driving it like this could make it worse.
This could be something as simple as a bad O2 sensor or as serious as a hole in a piston.
