but her period has not started yet, is it posible that she became pregnant, during last couple of day she saw a very little stain of blood though but she said it was very little.
i should say also she take a home test preagnancy 2 days ago and it was negative

i think its just the pills adjusting her body , don't worry about it that much

Hmmmm. She could be pregnant and it may be too soon to tell. You need to take the pill for a full month before it becomes effective. Even with consistent use you can still get pregnant if you vary the time you take your pill each day. I have counselled women who's only slip up was a 5 hour discrepancy in the time she took her pill over 2 days.
If her period does not come I think that she should have a blood test.
You would atleast know if she start another pack of pills or not.
The pill can really cause changes in a womans cycle. She may simply be adjusting to these changes.

It might just be skipped because it's the first pack of pills. However you should probably call your doctor to make sure. Good luck!
